Met this guy a few weeks ago as part of our Valentine's special sessions and he was too cute! He came dressed and ready to go and we had a blast doing lots of kinds of "shootin" in the studio. Love his "Black Bart" face below and the sweet but sneaky looks below.

"O" - ver Joyed to Work with Ms. O Again!

For those of you who have visited the studio, you'll recognize this face in the form of a 60" canvas gracing the studio entry wall. This is the second time I've had the privilege of photographing this young beauty and her sister (who is equally cute but enjoys time in front of the camera decidedly LESS). "O" is a total natural and we had a lot of fun on Monday taking images as part of the Valentine's studio session. I've encouraged this mom to check out modeling for O. I know she could rock it, given the chance. Thanks, "R" family!

When's the last time you played hide and seek with your children? Just went outside to gaze up at the stars? Guessed at "silly sounds" with your eyes closed? I don't know one parent (myself included) who doesn't want to spend more meaningful time creating family bonds and memories. I'm really excited to share with you something my friend (and a true inspriation to me!) Davina Fear created to help me do just that: Love 15. This is a simple subscription-based program that provides simple, easy (as in, not one more thing to worry about or stress over!) to create more love and to be more ***PRESENT*** in your family's lives. I've been doing this now for the last week and it's been fun, easy, and so well-worth 15 minutes! Check it out!

Cabin Fever - Commercial / Editorial Photographer

A huge THANK YOU goes out to the entire team for a great effort on the editorial shoot we did on January 22. This kind of work is what fuels me and makes me LOVE being a photographer as much as I do. I'm lucky to have the support and collaboration of everyone, including Mara Moss, Robere Lett, Briana Benavides, Danny Lucci, Brooke Wess, and my wonderful husband, Brad, who all pitched in big time to make it such such fun and a huge success! A special thanks also goes out to Mother Nature for providing a PERFECT winter day (you never know what you're going to get when you plan a month in advance). Brad shot video of the day and I can't wait to see if we can create a "behind the scenes" look at the shoot. Stay tuned . . .

We have several more editorial projects in the works for 2012 and hope to continue pursuing this work together as a team. Take a look and you'll see why it's so much fun!

Valentine Sibling Session - Loved Working with "A&A"

We've had a great response to the Valentine Sibling Sessions in the last couple of weeks. Particularly LOVED working with these two lovely ladies, A and A. Mom and I go waaaaay back to sitting together in French class in 1980-something through our high school years. Haven't seen her in about 20 years but it's like no time passed at all. Mom is actually surprising dad with these pictures for Valentine's Day . . . LOVE (heart! heart! heart!) that idea!
